All cancellations/withdrawals must be initiated, and followed in writing, prior to the third day of curling in the members regularly scheduled league. No refunds or credits will be issued after this date. Consideration may be given for personal injury, re-location or highly exceptional circumstances.
Withdrawals will be pro-rated based on the date the Withdrawal/Refund Request Form is received by the Office, not based on attendance in the program. Please contact the office for the appropriate form.
A $40 administration fee will be deducted per person, per section for all refunds after the returning member deadline. Refunds will only be applicable on the playing fee portion of the curling dues.
2021-2022 Curling Season
In the event of a mandated shutdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a different refund policy will be implemented. Once curling begins, the club fee of $25.00 and the Association (TCA/CurlOn/CCA) fee of $20.00 + tax will be non-refundable. The remainder of the fees will be refunded/credited, pro-rated based on the number of weeks left in the curling season. In this instance, the $40.00 administration fee will be waived on refunds.
