EYCC is hosting its Annual General Meeting on May 12th, 2025 in person at the Club. Dinner is at 6:30 pm and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm.

Please note the following deadlines:
Sunday April 27th, 2025 - All Constitutional Amendments to be heard at the AGM must be received.
Sunday April 27th, 2025 - All motions and topics to be heard at the AGM must be received.
Monday April 28th, 2025 - Constitutional Amendments to be heard at the AGM will be posted.
Monday May 5th, 2025 - AGM Agenda, motions, and topics to be heard at the AGM will be posted.
Monday May 12th, 2025 - Board Nominations must be received no later than 12:00 pm.
