EYCC is hosting its Annual General Meeting May 2025 in person at the Club. Dinner is at 6:30 pm and the meeting begins at 7:00 pm.

Registration will be available starting on Monday April 2025 at the Club and online HERE and requires a $10.00 deposit for dinner.

• Please note the following deadlines:
  • All Motions and Constitutional Amendments to be heard at the AGM must be received by Friday April 5th, 2024.
  • Motions to be heard at the AGM will be posted no later than Monday April 8th, 2024.
  • Proxy votes on motions must be received no later than Friday May 3rd, 2024.
  • Board Nominations must be received no later than 12:00 pm on Monday May 6th, 2024.
